GENERAL TICKETING INFORMATION:

You may order Season Tickets or tickets to individual shows either by phone, mail or online. Tickets to individual shows may also be purchased at the theatre box office one hour or less prior to each performance time.

Please Note: Both Season and individual show tickets are subject to a $2 per ticket, per show, facility use charge that is imposed by the City of Palo Alto. Additionally there is a $1 transaction fee for each ticket ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

Discounts are available for students (25 and under) and seniors (over age 62) for Thursday and Sunday performances.

Please call our box office at (650) 329-0891 if you are interested in special handicapped seating arrangements and group sales of 12 or more!

Important: All sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to donate your tickets back to Palo Alto Players you may do so, and we will send you a donation letter for your records.

WALK-UP SALES:

Palo Alto Players' daytime walk-up box office is located at 2596 Bay Rd. Suite D in Redwood City, at the corner of Douglas and Bay, 4 blocks South of Woodside Rd.

Our walk-up box office is open 10AM – 2PM Tuesday - Friday and 10AM – 2PM on Saturday

Palo Alto Players walk-up box office is also open one hour before show time at the Lucie Stern Theater, 1305 Middlefield Rd. Palo Alto.
